VH1 aired VH1 Rock Honors 2008: The Who, and it was fantastic. You can watch videos of –pretty much- the whole show.
Foo Fighters: Young Man Blues
I would say that Dave Grohl surprised me how well he affected Roger Daltrey. Their performances were amazing! Check them out.

Foo Fighters: Bargain
Incubus: I Can See for Miles
Incubus: I Can’t Explain
Flaming Lips: Tommy Medley
Can they work a room, or what? Wayne Coyne “floats” the crowd in his signature man-size Bubble, as you can see here.
Tenacious D: Squeeze Box
Pearl Jam: Love Reign O’er Me
Pearl Jam: The Real Me
Adam Sandler: Magic Bus
Adam Sandler turns Magic Bus into a tribute to the band.
The Who: Baba O’Reilly
This is one of my favorite Who songs ever. Seeing 64-year-old Roger Daltrey rock out with his biological clock out was worth the price of admission –whatever that was for the people who paid to see it live. When Pete Townsend kicked in the power chords with his trademark windmill, it was very magical. After this performance, they’re all wasted, indeed! Check this out!
The Who: Who Are You
For many, this is the icon of Who songs.
The Who: Behind Blue Eyes
This is also one of the best Who songs. They’re amazing, no? After everything The Who went through to rock like they do, we don’t know what it’s like.
The Who: My Generation
The Who: Tea and Theatre
I could watch this again and again. How ’bout you?
