Victoria Beckham doesn’t want you to take her seriously

I am telling you people – I fall a little bit more in love with this woman every time she opens her mouth. I have a mad crush on her.

“I actually was very nervous about whether the American people were going to get my sense of humor,” the 33-year-old mother of three sons confesses. “It’s very British — very dry.” Victoria, who has become fast friends with Hollywood royalty like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, also says she doesn’t take herself too seriously. “I enjoy sending myself up. I’m very aware of people’s preconceptions because of the pictures they see and the stories they read. So I’m just hoping people do get it and don’t truly think that I do sunbathe in high heels and a bikini and a full face of make up.”
