Video: Is Mary-Kate Olsen The Only Reason To See ‘Beastly’?

We’re keeping our fingers crossed that newcomer Alex Pettyfer does a passable job in Beastly, that new Beauty and the Beast remake that also stars Vanessa Hudgens, because lord knows we don’t expect her to pull her own weight in this film. And the fact that making a guy bald with face tats is some producers idea of “ugly” is a little bit sketch, considering this dude supposedly lives in New York, where he could just join a metal band and hook up with hardcore chicks in Williamsburg every night. But instead he’s stuck in this mansion with only blind Neil Patrick Harris to “tutor” him? Think not. Really, we’ll see this movie for all the glam outfits that Mary-Kate Olsen is going to wear as the evil witch…we haven’t been excited for her to cameo in something this badly since the third season of Weeds.
