Jesus Christ. Some of you guys are stupid; you can’t charge him with rape. He didn’t rape her by legal standards, not even close. He dry humped her, the MOST he can get is a misdemeanor lewd act charge, which I doubt he’ll get.
For one, the girl was 15 and I dunno about Trinidad, but how many nightclubs are there that allow 15 year olds? Very few, if any. And the dumb slut (Yes, I called her a slut, what else should I call her?) has her age as 19 on her myspace, she’s assumed naked in her default picture, and she’s got a photo of being humped by Akon on her myspace with the caption “Best night ever.” Does this really sound like a girl who’s been violated? Does this really seem like a young girl who was taken advanage of against her will? I saw pic of young people having sex at Trini carinval in plain site of everybody, so what Akon did was much better, only the fact that she was underaged was wrong and how was he to know that she was 15, what he needed to ask for an ID? Akon is not at fault. If the club was for 18 and up. He didn’t know the girl wasn’t legal. His performance was for adults. I’ve been to 2live crew concerts and it was more explict than what Akon did. If the girl didn’t like what was happening she should have stopped it, but she didn’t. So oh well.
Even if she was old enough what kind of woman would she be to just let some guy treat her like that ??? I mean have some bloody dignity and self-respect.
