Get More: Hanson, Big Morning Buzz Live
You guys, remember when I saw Hanson perform Mmmbop live? You don’t? How is that possible? It was only one of the most important moments of my life. Anyway, I got to see a grown-up, fully post-pubescent Hanson play one of the greatest songs of all time, and now you’ll get to see the same thing on your video screen, courtesy of Vh1.
Here’s another part of my Hanson-viewing experience I didn’t pass along: the next morning, I went to brunch with a couple Bumbershoot musicians and relayed the exciting details of my night of Ike, Taylor and Zac. Part of this tale included an impassioned argument for why I think Mmmbop is a legitimately terrific song. They laughed in my faces and I ate all their pancakes.
