Videos: The Situation And Bristol Palin’s Epic (Not-Epic) ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Premiere

Last night was the premiere of Dancing with the Stars, and though there were the normal number of C-grade celebrities and dancers this season, we know who America really wants it to come down to: Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Bristol “I Hate You Mom” Palin.

Mike was paired off with Karina Smirnoff, whose last name seems to perfectly suit her. She’s a great foil for the Sitch, with her accent even thicker than any of his Jersey Shore cast mates, if that’s humanely possible. We knew Mike had moves, but by the time Karina’s done with him, he’ll be better than Travolta in Saturday Night Fever. Unfortunately, the judges were harsh with the duo’s opening number: only receiving 15 out of a possible 30 points:

Bristol Palin decided to go a different route, hoping to get the love from that quality demo of “People who watch DWTS but really hate Sarah Palin, or at least want to see her humiliated.” Hey, remember when Bristol said she was going to dress “modestly” for the show? Haha, that was funny.
