In a recent interview with MTV, super awesome actor Jeremy Irons revealed that he was offered a Harry Potter role once upon a time:
“We talked once about one role but nothing ever came of it,” Irons said of an offer to appear in one of the “Harry Potter” films.
No word on what it was, but I’m guessing it had to be Voldemort. He would have been a fantastic Voldie, don’t you think? Although I love Ralph Fiennes in that role….that little neck twitch thing he does gives me the heebie-jeebies EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Absolutely. I can’t imagine another actor for this role.
No, no, no… Ralph Fiennes is the perfect choice for Lord Voldemort.
