I usually do a Friday Flashback but there was some news out on Friday about Christina Aguilera so we’ll just go with a weekend flashback instead.
This video goes back to 2002 when Christina Aguilera performed “Dirrty” at the MTV awards. I’ve mentioned it before but “Dirrty” is still my favorite of all her songs, just because it’s so much fun to listen and dance to it. I always love getting a chance to watch a clip where Christina performs it live.
I especially love the way Christina comes onto the stage by riding on the back of a motorcycle – it makes her look pretty bad-ass! And remember those old days when she wore those little itty-bitty outfits and the leather chaps? I wonder if she’ll ever perform like that again or if she’s moved on from that now that she has a child.
