How many AUDITIONS come complete with orchestra and backup singers? He clearly had some time to work with them. On Idol, it's just a singer and their voice. Some auditions that impressed me more: Fantasia, Kellie Pickler, Paris Bennett, Kat McPhee, Chris Daughtry and Blake Lewis. Note: I don't watch all the auditions on Idol because Fox forces you to watch more "bad" auditions in between the good ones. Season 5 was an exception.
