This is the week when the networks will premiere many of their new shows, though there will still be several starting from now through March.
But tonight, there’s a plentiful choice of new shows or returning new shows to watch:
Secret Life of the American Teenager on ABC Family at 7 p.m. CST (ABC Family will air the episode back-to-back with the same one at 8 p.m. CST).
True Beauty, the new reality show that will see which beautiful/handsome contestant is truly “beautiful” inside, on ABC at 9 p.m. CST (following the premiere of the new Bachelor).
The second episode of Superstars of Dance will air at from 7 to 9 p.m. CST on NBC. The first episode aired Sunday but new episodes will now air on Mondays.
A new episode of Momma’s Boys will follow Superstars of Dance at 9 p.m. CST on NBC.
DietTribe will debut on Lifetime, following five friends in their journey to lose weight together.
