“Wichita” Renamed “Knight & Day”

We all saw this name change coming! I have known that “Wichita” was a temporary name and that they were looking for something else to call it and I am very glad. It has now been renamed “Knight & Day”.

What do you think of the new name?

Tom Cruise was absent from filming on Monday and some said it was because he was under the weather,  while unit publicist Guy Adan told the Track, “Tom’s feeling fine. The schedule changed because of weather. That’s all.”

According to the Boston Herald, they were supposed to film a scene on Route 93 at the mouth of the airport tunnel and instead ended up in a garage on Broadway, with just stars Cameron Diaz.

“Knight & Day” will pull out of Boston on November 15th and will head to Spain, Austria and in the tropics.

Sometimes I think Cameron Diaz looks a bit rough looking, the older she gets , maybe its just the pics.

I don’t care for the new title at all. It reminds me of an old 80’s TV show. It won’t affect whether I see the movie, but I think they could have come up with something better. Just my opinion….

[...] Reportedly, the filming of Tom Cruise’s movie “Knight & Day” doesn’t wrap in Boston until November 15th, but Katie and Suri are both back in Cali for now. No word if they will follow Tom to Spain, Austria or the tropics where he will film more scenes for the movie. [...]

Must admit I don’t care much for the new title either, ” Knight and Day’’sounds like one of those 1940 movies.
