Willow Smith is a “21st Century Girl!” The tot’s new single’s out today and it’s an upbeat ditty. While this totally makes us want to whip our hair all around the office, we’re a little concerned about how… um.. sexy her voice sounds. It’s a little more Ke$ha-y than we’re comfortable with.
