Since Jennifer Lopez looks so great after having those twins, I wonder if she’s read this book? French Women For All Seasons is the follow up to Mireille Guiliano’s French Women Don’t Get Fat, and has recipes, tidbits, and information about keeping slim “the French way.”
To give you some more information, here a quick blip with the author:
I know J-Lo is watching her weight and working out these days, and she’s inspiring many other women to do that same. I thought this book would be a nice giveaway to all the J-Lo readers who are also trying to live a healthier lifestyle. And here’s the good news, I have a hardcover edition of the book to give away!
