It’s no secret that Jennifer Lopez loves to cook. Both Marc Anthony and Ben Affleck have said that she likes to make a few recipes that have been passed down in her family.
Speaking of which, remember that great Dateline segment with Ben and Jen? Jennifer made a red beans and rice recipe with some fried chicken. She looked right at home in the kitchen! Here’s that segment:
So I got in three copies of this great book, Latin Cooking by Ricardo Olivarez. The pages are bright and colorful, and the recipes look delicious. (You can get a look at the book cover here.) I couldn’t think of a better giveaway item for my JloStalker readers!

hi- my husband is cuban, and i am a gringa- he is an excellent cook, and i -well i am learning- so far ive done ok, but i would love to have this book, and see what spices i should use when, and be able to cook him a meal where he could just sit back, enjoy, and say ay que rico!!!
