Since Jennifer Lopez is trying to get her body back into shape since the birth of her babies, it has inspired us all to improve our health. Jen’s exercise routine is usually very basic. She likes to do a lot of cardio with some focused toning and weight work. She likes to get in and get it done, and then move on with the rest of her day.
Sounds smart. Of course Jennifer has a personal trainer, which you and I definitely don’t have. But we do have things like workout videos which can really help. Especially when our schedules are busy.
To that end, I’ve got two copies of The Firm: Cardio Sculpt on DVD to give away.
If you’d like to win, leave a comment on this post about the best way you’ve found to stay in shape. The contest will end on Monday, July 14th. I’ll choose a winner and announce the lucky guy or gal the next day.

I like to go for walks with my hubby or a friend….it’s quality time and a great workout.
Bicycling!
I try to walk as much as I can.
I watch my simple carbohydrate intake and exercise 5 times a week. Mostly swimming and running this time a year.
walking my dog around the neighborhood
I immediately change into work out clothes and my running sneakers when I get home from work. Once I do that i feel more like I want to work out than if I threw on a pair of lounge pants and sandals. Then whatever I’m in the mood for, I do. Like walk, jog, jumprope, pilates, bike, or go to the gym!
I watch my diet and bike as much as a can.
My biggest obstacle with working out is time. Now I wake up an hour earlier to get my workout done.
My wife runs half-marathons, but still has trouble with certain areas, and I think this might help.
Walking is the best for me. Walking around the mall (climate controlled) and walking away from the table (meals & snacks).
Make sure you plan it in.
Exercise every day and eating healthy has helped me a lot!
Spin class work great for me. You can burn up to 700 calories in one hour!
dancing, just whenever you can!
