I have a very fun little book as a giveaway for you guys today, called the Pink Panther Cocktail Party. It has five dozen recipes “inspired by” the Pink Panther. For example:
“The Clouseau blends bourbon, cherry liqueur, triple sec, and light cream for a scintillating drink that pays tribute to the bumbling but beloved inspector. The Phantom, aka the Sir Charles Cocktail, combines lemon-flavored vodka, triple sec, grapefruit juice, and fresh lemon for an appropriately sophisticated taste. Of course, the Panther himself is here in a variety of luscious libations, including some that are actually pink thanks to ingredients like pink lemonade and grapefruit juice.”
Even if you’re not a drinker the book has fun retro illustrations and a bonus CD that includes songs from “Pink Panther Penthouse Party” and video clips. I’ve got two copies to give to Jess and Ashlee readers. Entrants must be over 18 for this one!
