Meredith is the winner of the Maid in Manhattan DVD.

Meredith said her favorite Jennifer Lopez film role was from Selena. From the looks of it, most of you agree with her!

Jennifer Lopez was especially proud of her film role in Selena. If you remember, there was a big scuttlebut over Jen playing Selena because Jen is Puerto Rican. But she proved she could do the role justice. Even Selena’s family was happy with the project.

And no wonder. Jen lip-synched to Selena’s own voice, which added a special touch to the film, especially scenes like this:

Jennifer also received a best actress award from American Latino Media Arts:

Jen worked very hard to study Selena’s movements so she could get into character. She really pulls it off, don’t you think?
