the idea of someone like zac efron (not that theres really anything particularly wrong with him but…come on) plaing jesse makes me sick to my stomache. yes, i understand that it wont happen, but wow its a scary idea. if, no exuse me WHEN the fianily make the movie they better do a way better job with casting then that.

Hey, I just dont understand how can Zac Efron play his role…? I mean hello… He is not THAT hot… unlike it is described by meg cabot. I mean seriously in most things she has described about him, he was STRONG and had a very good physique…! And I can NEVER think of Zac playing him cuz he doesnt look so very story and that Manly types…

NOO~~~~ THAT poser Zac I’m too stupido to play good roles , and I’m not hot at all Efron is playing MY hermano mayor?! Nombre de Dios, this is quite appalling to me.. Beecause unlike how Efron looks, Jesse did not sit idly eating bon-bons for 150 years.

I also didnt think Zac Efron would suit the role.
I thought Steven Straight came closest to the Jesse description [=
I don’nt think Zac suits the role, but i doubt there is ANYBODY who can look exactly like Jesse’s description. he is WAY too gorgeous [=

i really don’t think that if there is going to a movie, then actors/acresses shouldnt be well known, like zac effron, or jesse mc cartney,

if they are well known then it will completley spoil the illusion everybody has of jesse,
i think especially in jesse’s case it would be WAY better if they got somebody who wasnt “known”
or i think it will sort of ruin it alll. and that would be the worst! i really want to see it in a movie version

zac as jesse de silva? man, i love the mediator series and i was like wishing for a movie to come out! but zac efron? he’s not even spanish! and i bet he can’t talk the jesse-style,lol.

Zac Effron is not Jesse. The script hasn’t even been worked on. It isn’t in production for a couple of more months. Meg is a producer so if you want news it would be best to read her blog regulary.
