It’s being said that Zac Efron wants to start in a remake of the musical Grease! He would love to step into John Travolta’s shoes as gang leader Danny Zuko in the musical movie, but only with John’s consent.
Zac said that if “John was involved I’d do it. But without his consent there’s no way I could ever attempt a role like that. That’s too hard, he’s just too cool. He’s a stud!”
As for doing more musicals, Zac says that he loves filming them. “I love musicals! I’ve noticed that various movie studios want to get involved with making musicals and I think it’s great. They’re making a comeback and so I think there should be more in the pipeline.” Do you think Zac would make a good Danny?

That would be awesome! I loved Grease and HSM! I wonder who would play Sandy??? Vanessa Hudgens, or maybe Ashley Tisdale…hmm? I hope they do it, you can never have too many musicals.

Efron would be better suited to play Doody than Zuko. He’s too much of a pretty boy.
