I don’t know if this story is valid or not, but it’s being rumored that Zac Efron and Orlando Bloom are trying out for the role of the Prince of Persia in the forthcoming Disney movie Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.
There are rumors going around that a real-life Prince of Persia is is bidding to get the role to beat out these two actors. His name is David K. Zandi. He has supposedly set up an online poll , which he is claiming has received millions of votes saying he should get the lead role. Disney is denying that they have or will cast him in the movie.
Disney and director Jerry Bruckheimer insist Zandi – who claims to be one of the last male members of the Zand dynasty which ruled the Persian Empire from 1747 to 1779 – has no chance.
A representative for the studio tells the Post, “There is absolutely no truth. The speculation is self-created.“
I love both Orlando Bloom and Zac Efron, so either will work for me!
Neither f\of those baby faced morons would have been good as the prince, even jake gyllenhall who they casted isnt good enough, in the games the prince is a rugged mean looking man, these 3 actors are all baby faced poofters.
Zach Efron!?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO….. You will not ruin the Prince with that casting!!! XD
ok if the rumor is true,i would really prefer Zack Efron for the role Prince of Persia.
