Video: Get Smurf’d? New Teaser Trailer For 3D Cartoon Continues To Exploit Hipster Nostalgia

Here’s Neil Patrick Harris introducing the new teaser for The Smurfs, which will (d’uh) be in the 3D and will (double d’uh) feature enough celebrity/comedic actors that hipsters will find themselves buying tickets even though they barely even remember liking the smurfs in the first place. Come on, NPH is in it! And B.J. Novak! And Fred Armisen, Kenan Thompson, Paul Reubens (Pee-Wee Herman), and Katy Perry. Who probably doesn’t even need to be CGI’d to play Smurfette, as she is slowly morphing into a cartoon character anyway.
