Battle Of The Cee Lo Covers: Gwyneth Vs. The Overtones

Okay, we’re pretty sure that at this point YouTube operates solely as a vehicle to bring us wacky covers of “Fuck You.” The latest comes from an acapella group called The Overtones, five adorable dudes in vests and ties. It’s definitely possible that this is a viral ad for The Gap (it is the holiday season, after all), but whatever. Overtones, whatever you’re selling, we’re buying it with the change in our pockets.

Last night on Glee, Gwyneth Paltrow sang a spirited rendition of “Forget You,” her FOX-friendly take on the ditty. And she got some Cheerios to back her up. We still think it’s weird that Gwyn’s doing the singing thing now, but once again, whatever. This song is awesome always.
