Gay Johnny Cash
This one is relatively easy and feel free to make it your own! Everyone knows that Johnny Cash was The Man In Black, so find a pair of black cowboy boots and black shirt. Then personalize it with any number of flourishes. Here, Mickey uses a cowboy hat. But that can just as easily be substituted for other headgear. Pretty soon you can make your own: Firefighter Johnny Cash, Flapper Johnny Cash, Reporter Johnny Cash. The possibilities are endless.
Willy Wonka Pimp
Everyone loves Willy Wonka. And there's an easy way to combine that character with the Halloween staple of dressing up like a pimp. The key? Lots of shiny layers!
Sexual Offender
Here, Mickey Rourke is photographed leaving The Wellington Nightclub with a friend. But if you'll notice, he has casually pulled off the look of a sex offender. This look is easy to achieve at impromptu costume parties. If you're caught off guard without a costume, simply pull down your fly and fluff out your underwear to achieve the desired molestery effect.
Make sure to be extra handsy with new acquaintances, and everyone will know exactly what look you're going for.
Professional Wrestler
Considering his award-winning turn as the title character in The Wrestler, Mickey Rourke certainly has the upper hand when it comes to recreating the look of a professional wrestler who has seen better days. However! Even if you don't have his bulging biceps, you too can carry off this look. Simply remove your shirt, and replace it with a vest. And remember! Fake tattoos and spray tan are your friend here.
Police Officer from The Village People
To be fair, this one is actually a Halloween costume. Mickey went as a police officer to Heidi Klum's Halloween party in 2008. And it's an easy look to capture. Just wear a lot of black (preferably leather) and find a hat to wear. To prevent confusion caused by your costume, find something that looks like a police badge and stick it on your hat.

Gloating Alec Baldwin
With his acclaimed turn on 30 Rock, Alec Baldwin is pretty close to being on top of the world again. What is the one thing that could make him achieve world domination? A reconciliation with ex-wife Kim Bassinger. Here, Mickey reimagines what that would look like. Gone are Alec's toned down navy blazers. Mickey embodies the male dominance that would be achieved in this situation with a canary yellow blazer and polka dots. Kim and Alec back together would clearly bring out Alec's fabulous side.
NOTE: Access to Kim Bassinger is a plus for this one.
Urban Cowboy
Quick tip for making your outfit into a costume: carry a beverage with you. This is especially helpful in places without a bar nearby.
Crazy Zombie Pimp Man
This is how Mickey Rourke actually does Halloween. Last year, he went clubbing in this get up the night before Halloween, and probably got more photographs than any other celebrity that season.
The lesson here? Do not step to real Mickey Rourke when he does Halloween. Also, if you go all in on a Halloween costume (think full body paint), it does not matter who you're supposed to be. Enjoy!
