You'll never catch us in the sun without the proper protection, and this wide brimmed hat and pretty printed scarf do the trick. Why wear a boring (and unfashionable) baseball cap to protect your face from the sun when there are cute options like this out there?
Hello Jackie O! We can never get our sunglasses big enough, and these can double as a head band to keep our windswept hair out of our faces when we breeze into the poolside bar apres-sun.
If you want to avoid tan lines but still look chic on the beach, keep it simple. This silver embellished cuff slips easily on -- but slip it off when you lay out to avoid a weird pale spot!
Maybe it's the salt in the air, or the humidity summer brings, but our hair always looks so lovely and windswept when we're at the beach. If you don't want to pin your hair back, a headband is the trick, and we love this beaded one.

this hat/scarf combo reminds me of a similar one i wore during a 4-hour walk on the beach i took with a friend on fire island, NY a few years ago. crazy long walk. good to have a hat like this one.

While I’m not usually a big fan of headbands (for adults, that is), this one is actually pretty. Maybe for a summer wedding at the beach.
