Do they give Nobel prizes for advancements in sleepwear technology? Because the electric Snuggie is at the forefront, right next to the stylish and comfy pillow-hat we have not yet invented.

Yes indeed, you can now purchase a heatable Snuggie that plugs into the wall — right next to that electronic boyfriend you bought after you decided to wear blankets as clothing. The Snuggie can be scored at Urban Outfitters (for $68), because, well, of course it can. Honestly, we’d be worried about the thing malfunctioning and frying our insides in the first-ever Snuggie-related death, but we don’t really understand science very well.

Unless we can find a way to incorporate this into our slutty Betty White Halloween costume, this one gets a pass.
