Father of murdered Harry Potter actor speaks out

Split point for Deathly Hallows movies is (tentatively) announced
At Muggle Mayhem this week (a weekend event for fans of the fansite Mugglenet.com), actor Joshua Herdman (Goyle) revealed the official split for the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movies. Note: this is completely tentative until absolutely confirmed by Warner Brothers or producer David Yates. Here we go:
Herdman said that the current plan was to split Deathly Hallows just after the trio are captured by the Snatchers and right before they are taken to Malfoy Manor.

Dan Radcliffe gives Rupert Grint a hard time about being sick with the swine flu
Daniel Radcliffe is teasing Rupert Grint about coming down with the swine flu and missing five days of work:
“He’s fine, he’s fine. He was probably faking it, old sick note,” the Harry Potter actor said at the New York premiere of the latest Potter film.
Daniel added: “He’ll be back filming on Monday. And if he not I’ll have to kick him out of bed.”

Rade Serbedzija to play Deathly Hallows’ Gregorovich?
Via MuggleNet, it looks like Serbian actor Rade Serbedzija might be playing the role of Gregorovich. Remember, he’s the famous wand maker who first showed up in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows; he supposedly had the powerful Elder Wand that Voldemort tortured him into revealing that no, he didn’t really have it (Gregorovich was then murdered; Harry saw this murder through his link into Voldemort’s mind).

Rumor alert, Gryffindors! Actor Cieran Hinds is rumored to be cast in the role of Aberforth Dumbledore in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. You might recognize Cieran from his roles in “In Bruges”, “There Will Be Blood”, and “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider”. I think this would be a good choice for the role of Aberforth, he’s kind of a rough and tumble sort of actor and Aberforth definitely is that kind of character.

Murdered Harry Potter actor to be honored with a youth center

The parents of murdered actor Robert Knox hope to start a youth center in his honor.
The Rob Knox Center would hopefully be a place to help kids stay off the streets, with apprenticeships and workshops, etc. They’ve set up a fund for it, as well as a fundraiser that should take place right before Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince opens this summer.

Daniel Radcliffe, who we all know has a heart of gold, wrote a sweet note in tribute to murdered Harry Potter actor Rob Knox, whose murderer was convicted earlier this week. You can see the note here; it reads:

First reports from trial of Harry Potter actor killer
The alleged murderer of Harry Potter actor Robert Knox has started, and testimony is already starting to roll in that definitely sounds convicting against accused murderer Karl Bishop. Here’s what I’ve got so far:
Karl Bishop, 21, is accused of stabbing the 18-year-old five times outside the Metro bar in Sidcup, Kent. Five other teenagers were seriously injured trying to restrain the attacker as he “lunged and swung” two kitchen knives at them, the court heard.
