Kelly Bishop Starring In “It’s Not You”
While checking out Kelly Bishop’s (Emily on Gilmore Girls) IMDB page, I noticed that she has a new film role! Kelly has a role as “Lily Sparks” in a romantic comedy, It’s Not You, that finished wrapping last year. Her co-stars include Shannon Elizabeth, Steve Guttenberg, and Jay Sanders. Judging from the synopsis and the character names, it looks like Kelly will be playing a mother or relative to the character of “Jenny Sparks.”

“Supernatural” Renewed For Its Sixth Season
Never fear Supernatural fans, the show is indeed returning for a sixth spin on the CW! Cinema Spy reports several of their sources have confirmed that the network is picking up the show, despite a long-held belief that the shows current season would be its last. Jessica Kiper Will Return To “Survivor”
This is neat, Jessica Kiper, who played Jess’s girlfriend Shane on Gilmore Girls, is one of the Survivor alum returning to the reality show for its 20th season, Survivor: Heroes Vs Villains.

Lauren Graham Will Present At The 67th Annual Golden Globes
It’s officially awards season and tomorrow night, Academy Award mania will kick off with their funner step sister, the 67th Annual Golden Globes. Last year, Alexis Bledel (Rory on Gilmore Girls) starred in an independent film, The Good Guy, which luckily was picked up for distribution by Roadside Attractions after a run at the Tribeca Film Festival. Milo Ventimiglia Releases “Ultradome” Trailer
Huge nerd and hearthrob Milo Ventimiglia (Jess on Gilmore Girls) recently sold his “Ultradome” series to MSN’s Parallel Universe website. He just tweeted the link for the trailer and it seems like cheesy, campy fun. Lauren Graham Says Working On New Show “Exceeded Expectations”
Over the weekend, the Television Critics Association held their bi-annual press tour with all the major networks. NBC showcased Parenthood, which we all know marks the triumphant return of Lauren Graham (Lorelai on Gilmore Girls) to the small screen. This week’s episode of TGW was my favorite of the series thus far, for so many reasons. First, there were two cases at play, with one cleverly intersecting with Alicia. Second, I was drawn to all the intrigue! To the possible kidnapping story as well as the tv host with the big mouth and his accusations / gossip. Third: I felt like we made progress with understanding Alicia’s motivations.

Bust out the tissues, girls. E!Online reported yesterday that Jared Paladecki (Dean on Gilmore Girls) has popped the question to actress Genevive Cortese and she said yes.

Gilmore Girls’ Adam Brody (Dave Rygalski) starred in the 2009 horror flick Jennifer’s Body, which came out on DVD and Blu-Ray on December 29th, 2009.
