Mark Millar still courting Angelina Jolie for “Wanted 2″

Angelina Jolie to start filming The Tourist next month
According to Monsters and Critics, Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp are slated to start filming The Tourist next month. Filming will take place in Venice.
The director and producer are said to be hopeful that they can keep disruptions to the locals to a minimum, but that seems kind of unlikely. I posted about this yesterday, but Entertainment Tonight showed a couple of photos of Angelina Jolie dangling from a Blackhawk helicopter while shooting a scene for Salt in New York City.

I have no idea what any of my PittWatch readers were doing today but I’ll bet it wasn’t as crazy as this – today Angelina Jolie fell out of a helicopter in New York City. Or rather, she performed a stunt where her character fell out of a helicopter.

With only a short amount of time left in 2009, Angelina Jolie was out bright and early in New York City, bundled up against the cold in her warm brown coat, ready to re-shoot scenes again for Salt.

I’ve heard that it’s quite cold in New York City today (as it is up here in Canada) but like a trooper Angelina Jolie is out re-shooting scenes for Salt on the windy Hudson River!
Yesterday we got to see Angelina dressed up in furs for a scene’s re-shoot. Too bad they didn’t save that for today as that cape and hat set probably would have kept her warmer in all this wind.

According to People.com there’s some steam coming our way in Angelina Jolie’s upcoming film, The Tourist. If the information is true, there’s supposed to be a fairly sensual sex scene between Angelina and her potential co-star Johnny Depp.

I’m dying to know your thoughts on the new movie poster for Salt. It’s very up close and personal with a shot of Angelina Jolie’s face filling most of the poster.

Johnny Depp in talks to sign on for “The Tourist” with Angelina Jolie
Be still my beating heart. Although it’s not fully confirmed just yet, movie sites everywhere are covering the story that Johnny Depp is in talks to sign on for The Tourist with Angelina Jolie.
If he takes on the role, Johnny Depp will replace Sam Worthington (who replaced Tom Cruise!) and will play an American tourist who inadvertently gets sucked into an Interpol agent’s investigation of her ex. The agent, of course, is to be played by Angelina Jolie.

It’s a lucky day for us! First we got to see Brad Pitt at the photocall and premiere of Inglourious Basterds earlier today. Now, I can also tell you that the English version of the official trailer for Salt is now available! This time we’re able to understand everything that’s being said, which is even better than the Russian trailer that was leaked yesterday.

Russian trailer for “Salt” released!
This is quite the Jolie-Pitt fan day! First Brad Pitt arrived in Japan and we got to see pictures of him at the airport, and now there’s the official trailer for Salt!

It looks like 2010 is shaping up to be a busy upcoming year for Angelina Jolie! According to an article in Variety (which is quite a reliable source), Angelina is in talks with Ridley Scott to star in an exciting murder drama named Gucci.

One of Russia’s biggest filmmakers Timur Bekmabetov recently announced that he is gearing up to film a sequel to Wanted – and he has also figured out a way to bring back Angelina Jolie’s character, Fox.
