Ashley Olsen Off “The Informers”??
Kathleen asked me about this, so I’ve been looking into it. Earlier this year, when “The Informers” movie was announced, Ashley Olsen was on the cast list. She isn’t anymore–not at IMDB or at Wikipedia.
She was supposed to play Winona Ryder’s stepdaughter, a “promiscuous mysterious woman”, but it now appears that Amber Heard is playing that role.

Winona Ryder, Mickey Rourke Join “The Informers”
The cast of Ashley Olsen’s new movie just got bigger!
The Ambersand is reporting that Winona Ryder and Mickey Rourke joined the cast of “The Informers” which is an adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis’s novel of the same name.
They write:
is set in 1980s Los Angeles and follows a week in the life of a group of morally challenged characters — a movie executive, his wife, his mistress, a rock star, a vampire and a kidnapper.

Ashley Olsen in New Movie!
I thought Ashley Olsen was done with acting, but I was wrong. According to Variety.com, Ashley signed on to a project called ‘The Informers’ starring Billy Bob Thornton and Kim Basinger.
Variety.com writes:
Senator Entertainment has set Billy Bob Thornton and Kim Basinger for “The Informers,” an ensemble drama based on short stories by Bret Easton Ellis.
Pic will star Brandon Routh (“Superman Returns”), Austin Nichols (“John From Cincinnati”), Ashley Olsen, Jon Foster and Lou Pucci (“Thumbsucker”).
