Things got super awkward during yesterday’s Australia’s Next Top Model finale after host Sarah Murdoch announced the wrong winner. This season, A(u)NTM decided to select its champ via an audience vote, and broadcasted the result live. Woman with Disabilities Auditioning for Australia’s Next Top Model
Jodie De Ruvo is a beautiful woman planning to audition for Australia’s Next Top Model. The catch? Jodie has a condition called osteogenesis imperfecta, which eans her bones are very brittle and she has great difficult walking. She spends most of her time in a wheelchair.
Despite most Top Models not featuring women with physical disabilities of any sort, Jodie remains confident.

Audition for Australia’s Next Top Model Cycle 6
Australia’s Next Top Model is casting for Cycle 6 of the hit reality show. Open casting calls are taking place all over Australia in January. They’re also accepting video application. To be e;igible, you must be at least sixteen years old and 172cm (5’8″). Dress simple but show off your own personal sense of style!

Cassi Van Den Dungen Won’t Model
Charlotte Dawson’s suspicions about Australia’s Next Top Model runner-up, Cassi Van Den Dungen, were confirmed earlier this week when it was revealed that Cassi will not be pursuing modeling.
According to the Herald Sun, Cassi was offered representation by Priscilla Leighton Clark in Australia and by Elite New York in America, but turned both contracts down.

Tahnee Atkinson is Australia’s Next Top Model!
Last night, on the live finale of Cycle 5 of Australia’s Next Top Model, curvy cutie Tahnee Atkinson beat out edgy Cassi Van Den Dungen to become Australia’s Next Top Model!
The phenomenal (but drawn out) finale featured two live performances by Jessica Mauboy, a fashion show celebrating Australian designers, a reunion, a nose bleed, a guest appearance by the finalists’ moms and so much more. Australia’s Next Top Model Cycle 5 Intro
Here’s the new intro for the latest cycle of Australia’s Next Top Model. I love how they updated it, while staying faithful to the elements of cycles past. All the girls look amazing in the promo and the song is really catchy!
Clare immediately stands out to me, I think she’s my favorite right now. After watching the episode, I’m also a big fan of Cassi and Eloise. I love the collar Mikarla is wearing in this promo too.

Australia’s Next Top Model to Premiere April 28th!
The fifth Cycle of Australia’s Next Top Model is set to premiere on Tuesday, April 28th at 7pm. For those of you who don’t live in Australia, the show is often uploaded on Youtube, so be sure to watch for it!
Cycle 5 will be the first cycle that will feature new host Sarah Murdoch. Sarah is a very successful model, actress, filmmaker, and philanthroper, both in Australia and the United States.
