Kanye West jumps on stage to protest Taylor Swift’s MTV award
Kanye West has proven once again that he is a giant tool. Last night at the MTV VMA awards, while Taylor Swift was giving her acceptance speech for getting the award for Best Female Video, he leaped on stage, interrupting her speech and started ranting on how Beyonce should have won it for her video “Single Ladies”. Angie Harmon defends Miss California
At the opening of the Malibu Lumber Yard yesterday (wait. why is Angie Harmon at the opening of a LUMBER YARD? Has she really become that irrelevant?), Angie defended Miss California’s controversial remarks about gay marriage:

At the 36th annual Film Society of Lincoln Center Gala Tribute on Monday night in New York, where Oscar winner Tom Hanks was presented the new Chaplin Award, Julia Roberts made her feelings for Hanks known with some pretty descriptive language. Brad and Angelina at the SAG awards – watch!

Oscar nominations are in!
This morning, the nominations for the Oscars were announced. “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” got the most nods, including Brad Pitt for best actor, followed closely by “Slumdog Millionaire” with ten Oscar nominations, including Best Picture. Angelina Jolie was also nominated for Best actress in her role in Clint Eastwood’s “The Changeling”, Kate Winslet was nominated for her role in “The Reader”, and Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep both got nominated for their roles in “Rachel Getting Married” and… More »
Ryan Seacrest gets snubbed by Brad and Angelina at the Golden Globes
I know I’m coming in kinda late on this one since the Globes were this weekend, but it’s still worth talking about. Ryan Seacrest, who is probably the most over-exposed celebrity on the planet, was trying to be a journalist on the red carpet at the awards show, shmoozing, talking to celebs, etc. After speaking with Beyonce, he went down to talk to Brad Pitt and Anglelina Jolie and they completely ignored him.
