Hilary Duff Backstage of Heart Truth’s Show
Hilary Duff is given a hug by perpetual Hollywood bachelor Gerard Butler backstage at The Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection Fall 2009 catwalk show, in which she took part on the runway. The charity show is meant to draw attention to heart disease as a primary killer of women in North America.

Hilary Duff flew to New York to be a part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2009 in New York. Wearing a Donna Karan dress, Hilary walked the runway for Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection fashion show.
