Surprise, surprise: this episode of Bethenny Ever After featured a lot of tears. Bethenny‘s therapy session was incredibly touching; she brought up the fact that she never fully enjoys her birthday because her mother’s birthday is the same day. She talked about how her father only sent money and never called on her birthday. She also recalled the insults her mother allegedly hurled on her, and the mindfuck that is hearing your mother have sex with your stepfather. This week, Bethenny also decides to do Skating with the Stars. Check out the ladies of Real Housewives of New York City to see what their favorite scenes were from this week. More »
Various sources have been reporting that Bethenny Frankel is demanding that her show, Bethenny Ever After, be re-edited, to show her in a more favorable light. Arguably the breakout star of Real Housewives of New York City, her solo spin-off, Bethenny Getting Married?, was extremely successful, and Bethenny garnered even more popularity. However, this season of Bethenny Ever After presents another side of her. More »

Finally, an episode of Bethenny Ever After with minimal mention of work. I was getting stressed out watching Bethenny get stressed out. I was on the verge of a breakdown: “How are we going to do it all? We have to make time for Jason, Bryn, our in-laws, and a successful career! It’s too much for us!” Luckily, this episode focused mostly on friendships and family. Take a look through the gallery to see what the cast members of Real Housewives of New York City had to say. After watching episode three of Bethenny Ever After, I think Bethenny seemed to be arguably more relaxed and happy. She seemed to be very uptight and a little hostile in the first episode, when she was dealing with Jason‘s family, and stressed out and worrisome in the last episode, as she struggled to balance career, marriage, and motherhood. In this episode, she seemed to be more in her element, working and cracking wise-jokes. But, enough with my analysis. Check out what the Real Housewives of New York City had to say. More »
The Real Housewives of New York City (which premieres April 7!) are back to analyze episode two of Bethenny Ever After. In this week’s episode, Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy go to an Us Weekly party, surprise Bethenny’s assistant Julie with a makeover, and go on a hot date that gets intense when Bethenny tells Jason what she’s been talking about with her therapist. Get to hear what the Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, and Sonja Morgan have to say on fashion, food, family and more. More »
Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin, was recently interviewed by All Headline News about the upcoming season. Since the premiere date of Real Housewives of New York City was pushed back until later this spring, and was replaced by Real Housewives of Miami, many speculated that there was not enough drama on the show without Bethenny Frankel. Jill said that there was definitely still a lot of drama. She said, “Oh, yeah. There’s going to be more fighting, of course,” she said. “I can’t tell you much, but I can tell you this…. there’s going to be one ‘housewife’ who will try to come between me and Bobby.” More »

Bethenny Ever After premiered last night on Bravo, and I couldn’t be more excited. I’ve been watching Bethenny Frankel from the first season of Real Housewives of New York City and, although I haven’t watched her as far back as when she was on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart in 2005, I feel like I know her pretty well from Real Housewives and her spin-off show, Bethenny Getting Married? For those of you who don’t know her that well, take a look back at Bethenny throughout the years. More »

If you are a dedicated Real Housewives fan, you’ve probably already heard the news that Real Housewives of New York‘s release date, which was originally February 15, has been pushed back until sometime in March. Andy Cohen confirmed the rumor on Thursday’s Watch What Happens Live saying that they had only wrapped up filming a few weeks ago, and decided to pick up filming again, as the show wasn’t “ready” yet. Rumors have been circulating that with controversial castmate Bethenny Frankel gone, there wasn’t enough drama on the show. More »
There is a lot of stuff in life I can live without: McDonald’s Quarter Pounder with cheese meals, my inexplicable collection of every Nightmare on Elm Street ever made (sans New Nightmare), my roommate’s stupid cat. But there is one thing in this world that I would happily eat a hundred Quarter Pounders just to prevent its existence, and that’s an animated show based around guys in silly voices mocking reality television stars. Come on people, we already have South Park. More »
