So I guess one of the rumors IS real and Britney is actually staying at the Four Seasons hotel these days. Here is a raggedy lookin’ Britney Spears wearing a tube-top that keeps falling down, I’m surprised she made the effort to keep it up and did not flash the photographers mardi-grass style…
