Hilary Duff Visits Florida Schools
Hilary Duff flew into Florida on Monday to start a week of tours for her Blessings in a Backpack charity. On Tuesday, Hilary Duff attended a fundraiser for the charity at Bacchus restaurant in Fort Myers (see photos here).
The next day (today), Hilary paid a visit to Tice Elementary School to share why she’s a part of the program, which sends home backpacks of food to kids so they and their families can eat over the weekends. Hilary says:

Hilary Duff to host Charity Dinner in Toronto
Hilary Duff will be flying to Toronto, Ontario this Friday to host a special charity dinner. ‘An Intimate Charity Dinner with Hilary Duff’ will be held at Toronto’s Ultra Supper Club. Proceeds from the event, which includes a silent auction, will support Hilary’s charity, Blessings in a Backpack.

Hilary Duff To Visit Florida School
Hilary Duff will be traveling to Florida next week for another appearance for her Blessings in a Backpack charity program.
Hilary will be visiting Tice Elementary in Fort Myers, Florida on Wednesday, March 4. The private appearance will be part of Hilary’s ongoing outreach to various schools involved in the program. Hilary Duff Rings Bell at NYSE
Hilary Duff traveled to New York with representatives of Blessings in a Backpack to ring the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Hilary Duff and charity founder Stan Curtis had the honor of ringing the bell.

Hilary Duff may travel to New York this week to ring the bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
The national board of directors for Blessings in a Backpack, the charity that Hilary Duff works closely with (she sponsors a school in LA and is unofficial spokesperson, and mom Susan sits on the board of directors), will be heading to NY on December 23 to ring the opening bell.

Hilary Duff continued her tour of schools participating in the Blessings In a Backpack program. Her latest visit was to Roberto Clemente Elementary School in New York on October 24th. Hilary Duff, Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza and Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart met with students and packed more backpacks with food. This was a more widely publicized events, so I have lots of photos of Hilary to share!!

As you know from the last post about this, Hilary Duff visted Fort Wayne this week as part of the Blessings in a Backpack program, of which Hilary Duff is a big supporter. Aside from the charity work she does for them, Hilary really helps to bring a face to this charity. Hilary Duff visits Fort Wayne Schools
As mentioned before, Hilary Duff headed to Fort Wayne yesterday as part of her continued support of the Blessings in a Backpack program.
Blessings in a Backpack provides food for kids who might otherwise be hungry over the weekend – kids receive a backpack full of food on Friday, which they return empty on Monday to be refilled the next Friday.

Hilary Duff to visit Fort Wayne Schools
Hilary Duff will be heading to Fort Wayne on Tuesday as part of her continued support as spokeswoman for Blessings in a Backpack.
Hilary will visit South Wayne and Adams elementary schools and both Canterbury schools. The two elementary schools are a part of the program, while students from the Canterbury high schools volunteer as a service project.
