Taboo (real name: Jaime Gomez) is best known as “the guy in the Black Eyed Peas who isn’t Will.I.Am and kind of dresses like Neo from The Matrix.” So when a copy of his memoir, Fallin’ Up, landed on my desk, my immediate reaction was “Why?” But reading the book has given me some insight into who Taboo is and actually made me respect him. Blink 182′s Mark Hoppus Gets A TV Show, Promises ‘Awesome’ New Album
Mark Hoppus wears many hats: Blink 182 frontman, music producer, husband, father and …. TV host.
The Fuse music channel has hired the punk rocker to front his own weekly talk show, titled A Different Spin With Mark Hoppus. The series debuts in September, and will feature music news, emerging bands and musical performances, among other things that Mark is into.
