We wouldn’t put it past James Franco to create the lampooning blogspot “What James Franco Did Today,” in which case we will actually award him the title of “Pop Culture Cervantes.”
And even if he didn’t? This is still our favorite celebrity site since Nic Cage As Everyone (which we also believe was founded by Nicolas Cage).

Hipster Grifter Kari Ferrell Rehabilitated, Now Professional Blogger
25 days ago by Drew Grant | 1 CommentWe have to say, we’re impressed with Kari Ferrell’s quick-turnaround: Just over a year ago she was in jail in Utah, subject of much Gawker/Vice controversy but doubtlessly a micro-fameballer if there ever was one. Then she became Queen of the Webutante Ball, which may or may not have been an ironic stunt on the part of the party’s creator (and Gawker.TV editor) Richard Blakely, but then again it’s hard to really parse the actual meaning of “irony” in these situations.
Except that it is some form of dramatic irony (right?) that the subject of so much Internet gossip-mongering can turn around and become part of the cultural dialogue herself: … More »
