I have the mind of a child, and when I see something I recognize, I get excited. So every time I spot another photo of Taylor Swift wearing the same pair of boots, my brain’s all, “I know those shoes! We’re old pals.” Anyway, Taylor has this one pair of black boots that she wears all the time, and here are some of the different ways she does that.

Love It Or Leave It: Oscar de la Renta Boots

I found these Winter Wonderland Oscar de la Renta boots for $75 bucks over at The Thrift Hog, an awesome thrift store that donate 100 percent of its proceeds to charity. They were a size too small for me (also, I run wide in the feet department) I was just about to waah-waah-waah all the way home because these little piggies weren’t going into some fur-trimmed snow boots. But when I showed the Twitpic to my compatriots over at Crushable, they were all like “Ew,” or “They’re…nice” (which is basically the same as saying “ew”).

So what gives? I know my taste in footwear leaves something to be desired, but wouldn’t you drop down less than a hundred smackers for these cute bootsies? Let me know, so I can prove everyone in the office that I am fashion-forward!

Hilary Duff at Eye Candy Boutique

Hilary Duff was spotted out doing some shopping today at the Eye Candy eyeglass boutique in Studio City. Maybe buying a new set of sunglasses as we head into Spring and Summer?

Just yesterday Hilary was also spotted out in Studio City going to her pilates class. I think today’s outfit is far nicer – Hilary always looks fantastic in her scarves and I love the well worn-in cowgirl boots. Also, the turquoise bracelet is fantastic!
