Our partner, HowAboutWe, has been hard at work polling readers to see how many of them are allowed to sleep in the same bed if they bring someone home to their parents’ house. And since the holiday season is underway, it makes perfect sense to inquire about this topic right now.
Of those polled, 40% were allowed to have their boyfriend or girlfriend sleep in the same bed when they brought them home to their parents’ house. While 36% were forced to sleep apart while under their parents’ roof, despite the fact that in some cases the couples had been living together for years.
