Friday Flashback: Hilarious Brad Pitt and George Clooney interview
Since I posted that story about George Clooney thinking about adopting Brad Pitt’s children, I was reminiscing about all the funny moments we’ve seen from the two friends and co-stars. I guess that there have been rumors that, because of the close friendship (or “bromance”!) between Brad Pitt and George Clooney, are speculating George is the godfather to Knox and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt.

At today’s photocall for Burn After Reading, Brad Pitt and George Clooney had their usual comical interaction going on, according to People.
Naturally, people wanted to know how Knox and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt are doing, and Brad raised his glass in a toast and proclaimed that “the twins are fine”.

Burn After Reading Photocall at Venice Film Festival
Brad Pitt sported one of his trademark hats at the photocall for Burn After Reading this morning at the Venice Film Festival. He was joined by his co-stars, and as usual, he seemed to be having a good time with George Clooney.

Brad Pitt says Not On Our Watch!
Brad Pitt was looking quite hot in his relaxed suit (loving the open collar and no tie/bow tie, rowr!) and goatee as he arrived at the Not On Our Watch charity dinner in Venice.
He’s co-hosting the event with George Clooney, but Not On Our Watch was founded by Brad, George, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, Jerry Weintraub, and David Pressman. The proceeds from this gala will provide funds for various humanitarian projects.

It seems that we can definitely count on Brad Pitt making an appearance in Venice for the Venice Film Festival. It would seem obvious, since they’re opening the festival with Burn After Reading, but if this story is accurate, then he’ll be doing more than just strutting his (hot) stuff on the red carpet.

Brad Pitt on the loss of Bernie Mac
I was shocked on Saturday morning to read that Bernie Mac had passed away. At only 50 years old, it didn’t seem possible, and the last thing I had read about him sometime last week was that he appeared to be responding well to treatment for the pneumonia that had hospitalized him at the beginning of the month. It’s a terrible loss and I feel so sad for his family.

Despite the fact that Cyclone Nargis destroyed much of Myanmar well over a month ago, aid is still only trickling in and relief has been hard to come by for the vast majority of those who have been left homeless and hungry. I had mentioned that there was some video footage of Brad Pitt dancing at the Radiohead concert he attended with Ed Norton in Italy. Don’t get too excited – it’s only four seconds long. Also, it’s not so much dancing as it is “chair dancing”.

I guess we can safely assume that so far the Jolie-Pitt twins are staying put. On Wednesday night, Brad Pitt headed to Milan, Italy with Ed Norton.
The occasion? They were taking in a Radiohead concert at the Civica Arena.
According to Ed, they both have a “mutual fixation”.
