I love all sorts of Asian foods but I have a serious weakness for spring rolls. My husband and I make them all the time (he has his own style and I have mine) but I’m always open to hearing how I could put a fresh spin on a new classic.

Malaysian spring rolls were made on the “Today’s Kitchen” on the Today show last week and when I saw the video, I knew I had to watch it. I normally make my spring rolls with chicken but they combined beef with their veggies.

He also made a dish with braised beef. The chef combined it with garlic, ginger, black pepper, fresh rosemary and port wine or a little bit of beef stock. It takes four to five hours in the oven for it to be ready but it looks delicious!
