Having been released from the hospital, you know, obviously because she is SO MUCH BETTER NOW, Britney Spears decided to celebrate her newfound freedom with some champagne and a married paparazzi:

This just in: Britney Spears has been released from Cedars-Sinai. Here’s the full scoop:
Sources tell ET that the pop star was released this morning via an underground tunnel.
DR. PHIL was seen in the hospital visiting with BRITNEY and members of her family prior to her release, and he even walked the “Toxic” singer to her car afterward, sources tell us.
According to the hospital, there was no reason to hold Britney any longer, ET has learned. -source

An insider at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center tells Usmagazine.com that nobody wanted to be Britney Spears’ monitor last night.
Spears was rushed to the hospital around 11 p.m. and was designated a “special needs” patient, meaning “they have either overdosed or tried to commit suicide,” the source says. (See her being wheeled on a stretcher here.)
