Possible collaboration between Britney Spears and Lady Gaga?
Whether this will ever pan out is up for debate but allegedly Lady Gaga would like to record a duet with Britney Spears.
According to this source, Lady Gaga’s father, um, Mr. Gaga (just kidding, his name is Joseph!) was speaking to Britney at one of the Grammy after-parties.

Britney Spears at a studio in Miami!
Recently Britney Spears and Jason Trawick were seen at a recording studio in Miami. Britney appeared to have forgotten something and was peeping out the door waiting for Jason to bring it to her. She was wearing a super-short tight white minidress at the time.

Britney Spears “3″ Remix
I really love Britney Spears’ single “3″. I think it’s my favorite single that she’s released since “Piece of Me”. I found a good live remix of “3″ with the video set to live performances Britney has done.
I like the subtlety of the remix and the video that accompanies it is quite well done. The singing isn’t in time so you can tell this wasn’t what Britney was actually performing but the dancing fits very well.

Heidi Montag is no competition for Britney Spears
Reality star Heidi Montag has claimed she’s going to be the next Britney Spears but – and I’m sure she was never worried – Britney doesn’t have much cause for concern. Her position on the throne as Princess of Pop is still solid.

I found a great video to share with you for this week’s Friday Flashback. It’s a Britney Spears Mega Mix and it’s awesome:
It almost seamlessly blends “Baby One More Time”, “Crazy”, “Slave 4 U”, “Oops I Did It Again”, “Stronger”, “Everytime”, and “Toxic”. You would think “Everytime” wouldn’t work in this mix but because of how it’s placed right after she yells “stop” in “Stronger” it actually does!

One of my favorite songs right now is “Tik Tok” by Ke$ha which surprises me because I thought I hated it the first time I heard it. It’s grown on me though and it’s extremely fun and catchy – it would be perfect to dance to at a club or party.

Talk about a major announcement for Britney Spears fans! It seems that in 2010 we can expect a new album from Britney Spears!
This morning Ryan Seacrest announced that his radio station, KIIS FM, will be playing a brand new single from Britney by March. Her new album will be released sometime later. Britney Spears’ Womanizer 4th out of 100 best videos of all time
Over at MuchMusic they put together a list of the 100 best videos of all time. Guess who showed up? Britney Spears’ “Womanizer” was the 4th best video ever according to the music channel.
She also popped up further down the list with “I’m A Slave 4 U”. I’m not sure how they decided, whether it was based on number of requests or their own picks, but congratulations Britney!

Britney Spears: Circus remix
I don’t know about you, but part of my Christmas recovery involves cleaning up all the discarded boxes from toys and picking up all the tiny pieces from the play sets my kids get as gifts. Somehow the clean-up from Christmas is more intense than the prep work.

Britney Spears – My Only Wish
Since it’s Christmas Eve today and I’ll be celebrating Christmas with my family over the next couple of days, I thought I’d share a nice Britney Spears Christmas song with you.

A site that I love to visit is FitSugar where you can get all kinds of tips for keeping in shape. Recently they held a poll to see what people listened to while exercising.

Britney Spears in Billboard’s top ten artists of the decade
Britney Spears grabbed a high spot on Billboard’s Artists of the decade list! This isn’t a big surprise to me, Britney has been a huge hit her entire career. Not even her breakdown was enough to stop her from being a musical sensation. The only surprise for me was that she ranked number eight when I thought she would have been closer to the top.

Friday Flashback: Britney Spears “Toxic” performance

Friday Flashback: Britney Spears – All That She Wants
For this week’s Friday Flashback, I wanted to feature Britney Spears’ song “All That She Wants”.
It was often referred to as being a cover of the song by Ace of Base but in actual fact, Britney’s version samples the chorus while having completely different lyrics (as well as the arrangement). Although the song ended up never being released it was leaked to the Internet in 2008.

Does Britney Spears “channel” Madonna in “Radar”?
There’s an article that I read that claims that Britney Spears channeled the “classy Madonna” in her video for “Radar”. There are comparisons between Britney in “Radar” and Madonna in “Take A Bow”.

Recently Britney Spears brought the Circus to Brisbane, Australia to the delight of her fans. Although the tour is slowly drawing closer to the end, people still seem to be enjoying the concerts and Britney is maintaining her energy.

Britney Spears “3″ Flash Mob!
I am a huge fan of flash mobs – I love them! I really enjoy seeing a bunch of people that you imagined to be strangers suddenly burst into a song and dance routine. It reminds me of musicals.
In Milan, Italy a bunch of Britney Spears fans performed a dance routine to “3″, and it seems that the shoppers in the mall appreciated it since many of them stopped to watch and smiled.

Britney Spears live in Sydney, Australia
On November 16th, Britney Spears hit the stage in Sydney, Australia to perform her Circus show for all the fans that go for the show itself and don’t care about lip syncing. It looks like the night was on fire – lots of screaming fans!
