X17 posted some candid pictures of Britney Spears at Promises Residential Treatment Center, the rehab facility which she checked into. According to Yahoo, the 30-day camp costs about $48,000 and is the same place where Ben Affleck, Charlie Sheen, Diana Ross and

Britney Spears in a Bikini and See Through Dress (again)
In just another one of her interesting “attires” Britney Spears went driving around town in a bikini and this see through dress over it. At least this time it wasn’t her undies under it, eh? No Spa, No Rehab, Only Paaarrrtttyyy!!!
So, Britney never really made it to the rehab spa, and as the irresponsible party girl she’s been in the past 2 months, she ditched her image new year’s resolution in favor of dinner and a party.
Anyways, X17 caught her along with with long time fella, Brian Friedman, starting the night at Dolce (Ashton’s restaurant), and then proceeding to Les Deux where she stayed until 2:30am.
