Britney Spears and Kevin Federline headed back to court this morning to discuss their custody case. According to reports, Britney looked well put-together, wearing a silk brown dress with white polka dots underneath a sweater, and sat in the second to last row. Kevin was wearing a beige suit with stripes and earrings in both ears.

The custody case between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline is back to court today and both parties are expected to face each other for the first time in several months.
Britney showed up in person to ask the commissioner for more time with the boys based on her recent improvement. However, the chances that Britney gets actual custody rights are slim to none as she is still under conservatorship which means she cannot really do on her own.
