Ok, as IF I genuinely care about K-Fed, but to be honest, I find it reassuring that he’s finally realizing that rap may not be his thing!

According to US Weekly – Kevin Federline has publicly put on a brave face despite his poorly reviewed debut rap performance at the August 20 Teen Choice awards, but insiders tell Us Weekly he’s devastated.
 
“He was actually crying,” says a source. The next day, at home in Malibu, California, wife Britney Spears, 24, “also cried for him…She didn’t leave him alone all day,” says the source. (Their rep had no comment.)
 
According to another source, though, the pair were “thrilled” because the performance landed K-Fed another gig: In October, he’ll guest-star on CBS’s CSI as the leader of a violent gang. Dustin Abraham, the episode’s writer, tells Us, “He has this cockiness and confidence that I like. But I told him…he needs to be the guy that you hate. It’s the perfect role.” Federline’s approximately five days of shooting began August 24.

Although I will be watching CSI and catch the K-Fed acting debut I won’t be watching because of K-Fed, I’ll be watching because I am such a CSI addict!

I sure wish poor Britney would wake up soon!  Kevin is a joke!  If he’d only wake up and place as much focus on his family as he does on trying to ride the train to fame on the skirt tails of his wife, he’d likely acheive a greater level of success. 

Who knows – maybe before baby number two arrives???

But that’s just my opinion.

It’s being suggested that the couple has brought in a $1,000-an-hour expert to help them with marital problems that are nothing more than petty disagreements.

Sources tell Life & Style magazine that the couple has agreed to meet with a marriage counselor twice a week at their Malibu, Calif., mansion in hopes of getting their relationship back on track.

Obviously Spears, who is nearly seven months pregnant with their second child is doing everything she possibly can to save her marriage.

In as much as I’d like to think any marriage is salvageable when really desired, I can’t imagine a marriage to K-Fed could be saved when it was in obvious ruin from the beginning.

I’d gladly extend a public apology to Federline should he in up proving to be more then a sponge after Britney’s money and leaching on to her famous name in attempt to make a name for himself, but if his public acceptance is any indication as to what type of fame he can expect, I’d say throw in the towel now K-Fed and focus on your wife and kiddos.  They’re the one’s that will be there when all is said and done.

To promote his record release this August, rapper Kevin Federline, 28, submitted to a haircut, a shave and a wardrobe overhaul at a May photo shoot for Item magazine (out on June 5). After the makeover, he shared his philosophy on fatherhood, fame and fastfood.

KFed goes on to say, “I wish people would ask me about my career. Usually it’s, ‘How’s the wife and kids?’ Not that I mind; that’s my pride and joy. But it would be nice for people to look at me like an artist. The day they judge me as an artist, a CEO, as somebody, not Britney Spears’ husband, that’s the day I am looking forward to.”

What a MORON!  Can this guy really ever be taken seriously?  His ONLY claim to fame IS his wife and son!  Shar wasn’t enough to raise him to the top so he had to knock-up poor Britney twice!

It’s amazing what a clean pair of duds, a haircut and a shave can do for a hunk of scum, isn’t it?

Aren’t parents supposed to lead by example?  Has Federline every worked a serious day in his life?

Why on earth is this woman having such a difficult time coming to grips with what KFed really is?

I feel sorry for Britney, but at the same time – any bit of respect I had for the woman is fading, the longer she keeps dead weight like KFed around.

Honestly, as a mother, I have to agree.  If I’d been placed under a microscope or in the constant eye of the paparazzi in a way that Brit is, I’m sure there would have been several glitches found in my mothering abilities.

Do you really believe Britney Spears is as challenged as the media makes her out to be or do you think the poor girl just has too many cameras on her at all times?

Now if we were discussing her taste in men?  Sure, I’d say she was challenged and needs to lose the handicap and seek help immediately, but we’re talking about a mother and her baby here!

In the wake of Britney Spears’ latest baby mishap, Debra Holtzman, an internationally recognized child safety expert, has offered to personally educate the singer on safety basics. Pregnant Britney momentarily lost her balance and nearly dropped her baby Sean today after emerging from her NYC hotel. Her bodyguard caught the baby as he was slipping from his mother’s arms.

Something tells me it takes more than a book and a little coaching to make a good mom.  That’s something that comes with maturity.  Hopefully Brit will get her feet on the ground before baby number 2 makes his/her grand entrance in or around September.

The revelation ended weeks of speculation in entertainment magazines, which have been regularly publishing pictures of Spears’ apparently expanding waistline.

Spears, 24, and her husband, backup dancer-turned-rapper Kevin Federline, 28, were married in 2004 and have an 8-month-old son, Sean Preston.

Federline also has two children, Kori and Kaleb, with his former girlfriend, Shar Jackson.

Congrats Britney!  Hope it’s the girl she’s been wanting

The move reportedly came after one of Spears’ most trusted security guys, an ex-CIA agent named Richard, quit because of Federline’s partying.

“Richard is a straitlaced guy, and he was upset with Kevin’s behavior,” a “pal” told the mag. Spears eventually convinced Richard to return — after promising to do something about her partying hubby. “I’ll take care of the Kevin situation,” she allegedly promised, “if you take care of me.”

Federline was not thrilled about having the round-the-clock sitter, says the mag, but “Britney told him it wasn’t up for negotiation.”

It sounds like it’s taken a second baby on the way to get Britney to wake up and put her foot down.

It’s about time Brit!  But then again, if you have to hire a babysitter for your husband, is he really worth keeping around?

I’m saying NO!

She’s obviously taken the best part of him, I think I’d have to kick him to the curb!
