Lindsay Lohan was involved in yet another car accident last night! Granted, not all of the accidents are her fault, she’s just a passenger, but still it must be frustrating for her. Last night Lindsay Lohan was on her way out of Cecconi’s at 1am when a valet backed the Maserati into a street sign, causing some minor damage near the gas cap (see pic after jump).

Things come in threes, right? Not only did Lindsay Lohan get a parking violation this week, and not only did Lindsay Lohan’s driver crash her car a week ago, but Lindsay’s assistant has now gotten in a car accident with Lindsay’s new Maserati!

Lindsay Lohan’s Driver Crashes Car
Poor Lindsay! She can’t seem to avoid the negative publicity lately, and anything involving Lindsay and a car just seems to spell for disaster. Last night at the Mandarin Hotel, Lindsay’s driver crashed into another car! Security for the hotel held Lindsay and the car in order to secure a full report.
