Whenever we think of really old cartoons (we’re talking pre-Simpsons culture), we usually start imagining scenes from Mickey Mouse’s Little Steam engine or something. The truth is, Dick Huemer‘s RKO directed Toby the Pup moving pictures were around in the early 1930s and then got lost in the great cartoon fire of ’58 (not true).

Where My Dogs At was an animated program created by Aaron Matthew Lee and Jeffrey Ross that aired on MTV2. The show revolved around Buddy, a beagle separated from his 10-year-old owner and Woof, a large bulldog who runs away from his owner.
