Guy Ritchie has been awarded a divorce settlement worth at least $75 million (49 million pounds) from Madonna. According to reports, the decision is thought to make the Madonna’s divorce one of the biggest divorce agreements in U.K. history.

Apparently Madonna is ok with it as reports are all a flutter that the pair will be spending the holidays together, for the sake of the kids of course.

“Men In Trees” actress Anne Heche is separating from her husband – cameraman Coleman Laffoon to whom she’s been married for five years. The couple have one child — a son named Homer.

Heche is notorious for public relationship splits. She left former lesbian relationship and girlfriend Ellen DeGeneres for Laffoon, after she’d met him during a documentary that was being filmed about Ellen’s return to stand-up comedy.

Now rumor has it that she’s leaving this relationship to fall into the arms of her current co-star James Tupper — known as “McTreemy.”

Now there’s a woman to be trusted!  Not!

Methinks Heche should fall into therapy before falling into another relationships.  Girl’s got ProBlems!

Eminem is once again, calling it quits with his childhood sweetheart Kim Mathers.

The two have divorced for a second time, less than a year after remarrying, but will be sharing custody of their ten-year-old daughter Hailie.

Despite making the effort to keep this family together by remarrying last year, the couple have apparently told a judge in Michigan that this time it’s genuinely over and no chance of reconciliation – there has been “a breakdown in the marriage relationship”.

Eminem, who was born Marshall Mathers, married his longtime sweetie, Kim in 1999, after the pair grew up together in Eight Mile, a district of Detroit. The pair has had a difficult past with Kim attempting suicide in 2000 and having spent time in jail for using cocaine.

Eminem, meanwhile, has been accused of threatening violence upon a man who kissed his wife and then including details in one of his songs.

The judge has said the couple “conducted themselves with dignity and respect”.

It’s unknown how the custody issue has turned out.  Slater was seeking custody of their 5-year-old daughter Eliana and 7-year-old son Jaden.

Slater, 37, and Haddon, 35, a TV producer, married in 2000 and separated in January 2005.

Given how quiet this divorce has been in comparison to that of Alec Baldwin, I’d say they have reached an agreement – let’s hope so for the kids sake at least.

Now, about Slater – is he HOT or what?

I mean come ON, McCartney is as old as dirt – granted the soon-to-be-ex may have only one leg but she’s got youth.

Personally, I think it’s a cliche’ way of going after the goods – given there is no pre-nup she should be coming out with quite the hefty settlement.

Documents were filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Tom Arnold, 47, and Roos, 34, have no children together. They were married in Beverly Hills in 2002.

Arnold was previously married to comic actress Roseanne Barr. They divorced in 1994 after nearly four years of marriage. He was married to Julie Lynne Champnella from 1995 to 1999. 

I’m wondering if Tom is seeing a pattern here?

After 10 years together, it was Bianchi who allegedly came between supermodel Christie Brinkley and her fourth husband Peter Cook.

Just goes to show that even Supermodels aren’t immune to heartbreak.

Reports are now saying that there might have been more then one affair with teens.  After word of Cook’s affair with Bianchi became public, another former employee, Samantha Cole, came forward to say she had also been romantically involved with Peter. Cole describes a similar pattern to that of Bianchi: He hired her, then pursued her. She was also 18 and a singer.

Friends close to Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook insist that his infidelity is directly linked to his personal identity being consumed by his being Mr. Brinkley and their schedules constantly having to revolve around hers.

Former supermodel Christie Brinkley is splitting from her husband, architect Peter Cook, after 10 years of marriage. It will be Brinkley’s fourth divorce.

Brinkley’s publicist, Elliot Mintz, confirmed the news earlier this week.

Brinkley, 52, and Cook, 47, had one child together, eight-year-old girl Sailor Lee. Cook also adopted Brinkley’s 11-year-old son Jack when the two married in September 1996. Jack’s biological father is Brinkley’s third husband, Richard Taubman.

Taubman and Brinkley married in 1994, but the model filed for divorce the next year. Before that, she was married to singer Billy Joel, Her first marriage, to French artist Francois Allaux, lasted from 1973 until 1981.

“Her immediate concern is for her children, and she’s hoping during this difficult time that people will be kind enough to respect her privacy,” read a statement from Mintz.

I know a great deal of people and gossip rags are harping on Brinkley for being divorced so many times, but I believe it takes a great deal of courage to walk away from an unhealthy relationship then to ramain for the sake of society and their opinions.

Personally, I wish she and her children the best of luck.  Divorce is difficult regardless of how agreeable both parties are.
