Jessica Simpson was out with her man Tony Romo in New York earlier this month as they popped out of the Waverly Inn.  But are you wondering the same thing I am?  Where’s Tony? 

Apparently the two didn’t want to be photographed together.  I have to wonder why at this point – it’s not like we don’t know they are an item.

As a side note, Jess’s bag is another hot one by Cavalli.  Love it, Jess, love it.
